Hi - Im actually not asking for a recommendation - just pure facts. Let me ask it this way. I used to use a mixture of water - salt - baking soda and alkalol. I was thinking that your sinus rinse + Alkalol would be similar in that it would be safe together. Sorry about the confusion. Can you provide additional information?
