I've been using Sinus Rinse for several years.  I rinse my sinuses 3 times a day.  At this time I have a cold, and for the last 2 days I rinsed my sinuses 5-6 times a day.  This created a severe dryness in my nose, up to the point that it bleeds (nose feels crusty with blood inside, and blood comes out when using Nasa Mist.  Question: what would you recommend me to use to keep my nose moist and prevent it from bleeding?

I suggest that after the rinse, please use NeilMed NasoGel as directed.  It has ingredients that would help keep the nasal mucosa more moist and may help reduce the risk of the bleed.  In addition, if possible keep more humidity during the winter months heater use.  You can use NasoGel up to 6 times a day.  It is available at CVS and Walgreens.
