When I use the neilmed I get really dizzy is that common

There is no reason to feel dizzy unless you are hyped up and nervous and hyper ventilating or blowing the nose to hard or bending over changes the circulation or dehydrated state, etc. Please observe more closely and speak to your doctor as you may need some work up for the dizziness.
