The new bottle that I recently purchased states on it that it can be sterilized in a microwave oven and to see enclosed instructions. There were no enclosed instruction in the box of saline packages and the two bottles that came in the package. Please advise or send me the instructions.

The instructions are definitely in our newest brochure that comes in the box with the products, . They are also included on our website on the "Directions-Video-Warning" page. For sterilization do the following: Clean the device with soap and water as mentioned above and shake off the excess water. Now place the bottle, cap and tube in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. This will disinfect the device. There are no independent research studies to suggest that this is necessary, however, it is recommended by NeilMed. There are research studies in progress and it will take 1-2 years to publish the results.
