The description with the bottle says to turn to the left and the right with head bent forward and blow - but your video shows the woman standing straight up and just tilting her head left and right - which is the correct method? thanks!

Tilting sideways, does allow the sinuses to drain better. It is somewhat different for different people. Please try and see what works out best for you. Nasal ans sinus passages are tortuous and one needs to figure it out to some extent what works best for you.
