My wife had flu couple of months ago - was cured but later water started dripping from her right nostril - with fever. Dr diagnosed it as acute sinus infection & gave her antibiotics. The fever has gone for more than one week now but water still drips from the nostril although the infection is cured.

At times inflammation may continue for a while. You can try our nasal irrigation systems and see if they are beneficial. If no improvement, please see your doctor. Consider our Sinus Rinse squeeze bottle or Nasaflo. It may or may not make a difference but worth a try. If you are not happy, you can always return it. Sometimes acute infection is over but some residual inflammation may linger.
