My son has nasal congestion every night when he goes to bed. He saw an ENT that gave him Flonase that helped a little but still suffers. If he turns over the congestion moves to the other nostril...he is least congested sleeping on his back which is not comfortable for him. Any ideas?

This can happen at times. Consider elevating head by a couple of pillows and see if that would help. Try saline nasal rinses to help reduce inflammation and congestions and see how he feels in couple of weeks.
