My ENT said I have bone dry sinuses and should use the netipot. First time I used it – I noticed small amount of blood in nasal mucus. Is this normal?

It should not be anything to worry about and the sinus rinse should help moisturize your nasal passages and treat the problem. If you want extra lubrication, you can use NeilMed NasoGel (spray or tube) in between sinus rinsing. It has aloe vera and sodium hyaluronate for longer lasting hydration.
