Ihave been using Neil Med for the past 3 yrs. Today I was diagnosed with an inner ear yrs.diagnosed today as an acute inner ear infection and have been placed on an Antobiotic. My wife feels that I use the Rinse too aggressively and blow my nose too hard after rinse.

It is possible that you squeezed the Sinus Rinse bottle too hard. Make sure you squeeze gently when you resume your sinus rinses. Do not rinse until the pain and infection has cleared in order to avoid further discomfort.
