I started using your Sinus Rinse (the blue packets) with the squeeze bottle a few days ago and have had sinus congestion and headache since I started using it. I feel worse every time I use it. I have read the directions several times and think I am doing it properly. Any suggestions?

Rinsing should not cause headaches and if this persists, I would recommend you consult with your physician. You might have a low grade infection. Some people do experience reflex congestion with exposure to saline. This condition is usually very transient. If symptoms continue without a bad headache, consider using a hypertonic (double strength) solution, or use an over the counter decongestant for a day or two to open up your nasal passages. Reflex congestion is usually a mild condition that should resolve on its own with time and unless you have other symptoms, there is no need to discontinue ongoing irrigation.
