I started using the sinus rinse bottle a couple of days ago. It took a lot of solution before it would start coming out the other side. Ever since the first time I am extremely stuffy and congested now and was not before. I have been blowin gently after the rinse. U am not even sure all the solution comes back out each time.

Sometimes people experience slight congestion after exposure to the saline solution. This is usually harmless, mild, and transient. However, you might also want to try using a hypertonic solution (double the strength of isotonic packets) or using a nasal decongestant like SinuFrin for a day or two. Unless you are severely symptomatic, there is no reason to discontinue nasal irrigation.
