I read that the hypertonic packet is equivalent to the isotonic pack. Is the isotonic pack equivalent to two pediatric packs?

The hypertonic packet is equivalent to two isotonic packets when mixed with 240 mL of (distilled, filtered [through 0.2 micron], previously boiled) water. The pediatric packet is isotonic when mixed with 120 mL of (distilled, filtered [through 0.2 micron], previously boiled) water.
