I have used the hypertonic nasal rinse to cure a constant cough that brings up phlegm - and it seems to have controlled it very well - but I still have to do it every day. Is there any hope that this treatment can actually cure my problem - or will I have to continue to use it for the rest of my life?

Sinus rinse is a daily routine and part of hygiene. Similar to brushing teeth twice a day, the nasal passages should be flushed out regularly.
