I have been using the squeeze bottle - in the mornings - as a rinse for a couple of years now. When I bend over then some of it comes running out. I may be at the library - in the late afternoon - and have it happen when I try to bend to see a lower shelf. How can I keep this from happening?

This happens for some people. It happens more to people who have chronic disease or acute inflammation. Also, I have seen this for patients who had sinus surgeries. Please follow the directions in the brochure and it tells how to empty out as much as possible. Other choice is to use it in the evening. Essentially, by taking the advantage for the gravity, you can minimize this problem significantly, if it cannot be eliminated.
