I have been using Sinus Rinse for about 6 weeks per my ENTs orders. I replaced it a couple of days ago for sanitary reasons with the Neilmed Ready Rinse and tried it. My bodys reaction to the Ready Rinse was significantly different from the reaction to the regular packets. I felt a strong burning sensation through my nasal passages and my ears have clogged up and are burning still aftger a couple of days. Feel dizzy also. I have had some bleeding in my nose prior. Do using the product with a nosebleed cause this reaction? Is this normal sometimes. Im not sure if I should buy a regular Sinus Rinse to try to rinse the Ready Rinse out or just discontinue use. Please advise. Im not sure what to do.

The Ready Rinse contains Benzalkonium Chloride preservative, which you may be having a reaction to. I suggest using the Sinus Rinse to wash out the nasal passages. Sinus Rinse with the premixed packets do not contain any preservative.
