I am dificulty breathing through my nose and i have a dry cough and have to sleep in a chair as soon as i lie down in bed i start coughing. Do you recomend the nasel gel or something else?

Symptoms of this nature can be seen with post nasal drip, Gastroesophageal reflux or GERD as well as bronchitis and bronchiectasis plus some rare conditions.
