Xylitol sachets strength

Hi, I've been using neilmed sinus rinse bottles for a number of years now to manage my chronic sinusitis. I recently read about the xylitol sachets being more pleasant to use so I purchased some and compared to the small sachets I usually use, it's horrible! Are they stronger? I know you can get extra strength hypertonic sachets or use 2 small sachets to make a hypertonic solution, which I've done occasionally and the xylitol sachets feel similar. Can I safely use half a sachet? Thank you.

Yes, you can make solution with one regular strength blue colored sachet and add ½ of the xylitol sachet. It may require some trial and error. Just ½ of Xylitol sachet by itself will be too dilute and may burn.
