What is the difference in salt package – like Neti refil – Neil med sinus rinse and extra strength product. Are they not all refill salts. Thank you L

The blue packets for the NasaFlo neti pot and the Sinus Rinse are all the same mixture of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. They make an isotonic saline solution when mixed with 8 ounces of water. The green packets make a hypertonic (extra strength) solution when mixed with 8 ounces of water. If you want to try a hypertonic solution, you can use two blue packets with 8 ounces of water. We also have orange packets, which are meant for our 4 ounce pediatric bottle.
