I started using your sinus rinse system since yesterday. Ever since I can remember - I find that one side of my nostril is always partially constricted or blocked. The blocked side switches during the day or night and I never seem to get both sides of the nostrils completely opened.What can I do to open both sides simultaneously?

Since this is a chronic problem, I recommend seeing an ENT specialist to evaluate.
