i ran out of pediatric saline packets and I visited different shops in New York (CVS - Duane Reade Wallgreens) but I could not find any pediatric packets. Can I use for my 5 years child the adult packets? I live in Italy and now I am back home but if you know where to buy pediatric packets in Manhattan please let me know..

Please call customer service at 1-877-477-8633 for complete details on how to obtain the pediatric packets. There is no harm in using the 8 ounce solution on your 5 year old. He/she will not need to use the full 8 ounce of water. You may also find that the aperture on the cap may be a little too big for the child's nostril.Helpful tip: Mix the 8 ounce solution and pour 4 ounces of the solution in the 4 ounce pediatric bottle. Save the other 4 ounces in the fridge for the next day or later the same day.
