I opened the package - took the bottle out to begin. I could not remove the top of the bottle. What gives????? I have tried and tried. I have run hot water over it and nothing. It just wont budge!!!HELP!!! I need to rinse my nose - having just had surgery two weeks ago. Doctors orders!!!!

Dear Susan,To remove the cap of the bottle, please unscrew the cap. If you feel that there is a defect with the bottle's cap, you can call customer service at 877-477-8633 and we will replace it for you.
