I love Neti Pot - suffered from chronic sinusitis and allerghic rhinitis for years and Neti Pot has been a god send. Question: Directions and video say to repeat steps to rinse other side but nothing about mixing another pot. Should a separate pot and packet be used for each side?

Most people experience a sufficient rinse using � solution (4oz, or 120mL) per nostril.
