I just used the regular sized bottle to do a rinse for the third time today and it gave me a very painful headache with a lot of pressure behind my left eye and cheek. I have had a sinus infection for the past few days. Should I stop using your product? Did I do something wrong?

Nasal irrigation should not cause any pain. As for getting symptoms of headaches, it may be related to slight tissue swelling. Also, be sure to mix the solution thoroughly to avoid hypotonic solution which is a diluted solution or hypertonic which is a solution at the bottom and this happens when the mixture is not dissolved at the bottom. If pain persists please discontinue use and consult your doctor.
