I have had a sinus infection for three months. I have been coughing up yellow mucus - and have had sinus pressure throughout this duration. I also have had daily sore throats for almost a month now.I have been through two full courses of antibiotics - sinus sprays - sinus irrigation - and antihistamines - and no improvement. What is my next option?

It seems that inflammation is persistent. Need to see an ENT doctor. You may need a CT scan and additional work up. place speak to your pcp and follow his directions
