How often can I use your sinus rinse. Do I use it once a day? I have a sore throat caused by post nasal drip. My doctor suggested using your rinse - but I forgot to ask her how many times a day. And when is the best time to use it. My throat is really sore at night - so I thought that an hour before bed would be good - but I wanted to ask you.Thank -Linda Bigafjbco@aol.com

Once in the morning and an hour before the bed time. If you do very well, you can cut down to once day. If throat feels congested, please try it with two blue packets in 8 oz.
