How do I disenfect the sinus rinse bottle??? Its the clear & black one?

Fill the bottle with distilled, micro-fi ltered (through 0.2 micron), commercially bottled or previously boiled & cooled down water at lukewarm or body temperature.Step 2: Add a few drops of dish washing liquid orbaby shampoo.Step 3: Attach the cap and tube to the bottle; hold yourfinger over the opening in the cap and shake the bottle vigorously.Step 4: Squeeze the bottle hard to allow the soapysolution to clean the interior of the tube and the cap. Empty out the bottle completely.Step 5: Rinse the soap from the bottle, cap and tubethoroughly and place the items on a clean paper towel todry or use the preferred NasaDOCK� or NasaDOCK plusâ„¢.Microwave Disinfection: Clean the device with soap and water asmentioned above and shake off the excess water. Now place the bottle, cap and tube in the microwave for 60to 90 seconds.
