Hi last week I had a operation septoplasty limitedfess and ballon sunup lastly I was recommended to use neilmed I started yesterday I have noticed with one of my nasal passages that when the neilmed is inserted up the other nostril the liquid will only drain into my mouth and weirdly out of my eye not down my other nasal passage is that ok ?

It could be related to if you have any nasal packing by a gauze or special dressing or can happen secondary to nasal blockade by the enlarged turbinates due to recent surgery, Please speak to the doctor. For the nasal irrigation to work nasal passages should be open at least partially. Please use a very gentle squeeze and see if that works better for you.
