This is the ReadyRinse that you purchased and it is already to use; therefore, you added extra mixture into the product making it a hypertonic solution. This is still safe to use, but extra concentration and may cause burning or stinging. The bottle is safe to use after the first use. Just follow the proper care and indicated safe water for future uses.
