Greetings: For the past 10 years or so I have developed what I believe is an perennial allergic rhinitis?. I have a constant dry nose and throat. I have been for polyps testing and all is ok. I have used your nasal sinus rinse followed by a cortisone spray and your nasal gel. All to very limited success. Any ideas and or suggestions. thanks

A cortisone spray will causes nasal dryness. You should continue frequent use of the NasoGel. You may also find benefit from using a hypertonic (extra strength) solution. However, it is important you consult with your ENT since this is a chronic issue.
