Can I sterilize my Sinus Rinse squeeze bottle cap and tube in a boiling water bath or in a 250F oven without melting the plastic or otherwise degrading them? Thanks - Dan

We recommend washing the bottle with a few drops of dishwashing liquid or baby shampoo in hot water. You can disinfect it by putting it in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes after washing it.
