I just had turbinate reduction nasal valve reconstruction about 8 days ago. My nose is dry and it fells stuffy. Should I use the rinse now? I also have severe headaches and blurred vision will thsi help?

I suggest that you speak with your doctor about timing and your other symptoms. Most likely he will approve the sinus rinsing. Once you start it, you may need to rinse more carefully and you may find that a larger amount of rinse solution will be necessary. After you finish rinsing, you should keep your head tilted forward over the sink and take a little more time to change head positions back and forth to allow more complete drainage from the sinuses. You can get relief from the nasal dryness with one of our saline nasal sprays, either NasaMist, which is natural saline solution in spray form, or NasoGel, which combines aloe vera and with water-soluble saline gel.
