I have been rinsing twice a day for 1 week. In the last two days - I have had bloody discharges rinsing from my nose. Is this normal or should I see a doctor?

A small drop of blood can give a strong red color in the water.� It is not uncommon to see a blood color in the rinse for users who are on blood thinners, aspirin, corticosteroid nose sprays and patients who have vasculitis, infections,etc.�
