What are the proportions in terms of packets of NeilMed concentrate to 60 ml of water for a) isotonic cleaning solution, and b) for hypertonic solution?

Please make 240mL solution and take 60mL out of that.
If you want hypertonic, use two packets or three packets and take 60mL out of this.
The packets are not designed for 60mL.
