I have a fungal sinus infection that I cant get rid of. I have had it for 6 months. I use your nasal irrigator and boil it regularly to clean it. What - in your opinion is the best way to treat these and get rid of them without surgery? I have read that the biofilm can be destroyed with a colloidal silver nasal spray. What do you suggest?
