Why am I getting some slight pressure in left ear after I use my Sinugator ? There is no pain but when I blow ny nose afterwards I hear air or fluid in the left ear.

You want to avoid any liquid going in to your middle ear. Best is to not use pressurized devices but to use gravity flow methods or the sprays. You can use our NasaFlo or All in one mist.
