I dont recall if I shook it or not so I thought I would rinse with warm water. Bad news. Eventually things settled down but then I thought maybe I should rinse with the packet but then decided against it. If I ever do this again which I expect I wont what do you recommend we do. I was distracted and forgot to follow my normal process.

If you keep forgetting, it is best to buy our ready solution so you do not have to worry about the mixing. Rinsing with the plain water is dangerous and can create severe pain and discomfort.
