I am currently suffering from a sinus infection that is causing me to have clogged ears. Is it ok for me to use the neti pot. It does not cause me any discomfort to do so. I was just wondering if this is still save to do. Also if it is still safe does it benefit me to continue rinsing?Thanks Wayne.

It is a tricky answer. IF you do OK and do not have any issues while rinsing,please continue to rinse.
