Made a boo boo. Had flu like symptoms and used the neilmed. I accidentally grabbed the wrong gallon of distilled water. I grabbed the milk jug I rinse out and put the water I collect from my dehumidifier from my basement. Who knows how clean that milk jug was? About 4 days later I experienced sinus pressure so bad I ended up in the er. Is this bad?
