i have had partial bi-lateral turbinectomy sugery done in 2003. now i get frequent posterior nose bleeds.bleeding is coming from left sinus only. have had my ent cauterize several bleeds.he has suggested ur nasogel spray. humidty in my home is 49%.i must put vaseline on my lips at night -my eyes feel dry.sometimes i wake up at night gasping because i am so dry.went thru change of life at 50 yrs old.have very bad postnasal drip from left side only. how can i stop this bleeding from my middle turbinate and areas inside my nasal passage and stop the postnasal drip.? got the flu really bad when i turned 40. have had this sinus problem since the flu.
I am sorry to hear about this. Please try NeilMed Nasogel, three times a day. Avoid any medications that can lead to bleeds and visit your ENT when you are not bleeding and see if any permanent solution or long term solution can be achieved. Your problem is not simple. I assume that you are using NeilMed once or twice a day for the nasal irrigation.
