Hi - is using water filtered by Brita pitcher water filter safe to use for Sinus rinse? I usually try to boil the water as well but have been using unboiled filtered water several times due to time constraints.

Brita filter will not remove microorganisms. Best is to buy distilled water bottle for a dollar per gallon type or boil the water. Since tap water quality cannot be guaranteed, it may not be safe for nasal irrigation.
