Most users find that rinsing once or twice a day is beneficial. In our opinion, rinsing 3-4 times or for special circumstances, even rinsing up to 6 times a day is safe.In most cases, rinsing several times a day is not harmful, yet provides no benefit. Please follow your physician’s advice.
