What is the best time to irrigate? How soon before bedtme is it still safe to use the product. Thanks

You can rinse your sinuses any time of the day. It is safe to do several rinses, as needed. However, we do recommend you rinse at least one hour before going out or going to bed to avoid the occasional drainage of a small amount of saline solution leftover after rinsing. In most cases all saline solution drains out in the first 15 to 20 minutes after rinsing. In rare situations, especially if you have had sinus surgery, the saline solution can pool in your sinus cavities and then drain out hours later.
