I am on a low-sodium diet. By using the Neilmed Sinus Rinse with the Neti Pot - how much actual sodium might I be getting? I want to know this to be able to factor in the amount of sodium I am intaking each day. Thanks!

The total amount of salt one may retain will be around 60 mgs, or less than the amount in 1 slice of bread. High blood pressure or cardiovascular disease should not prevent one from using the system.
