The Sinus Rinse should go up one nasal passage, go over the nasal septum and flow down through the other nasal passage. You should squeeze half the solution in the Sinus Rinse bottle or Neti Pot (120 mL/4 ounces) up one nasal passage and the other half up the other nasal passage.
