The Pediatric Sinus Rinse Kit comes with a 4 ounce (120 mL) bottle and smaller packets that create an Isotonic solution when mixed with 4 ounces (120 mL) of water. The Regular Sinus Rinse bottle is twice the size and and the Regular blue mixture packets create an Isotonic solution when mixed with 8 ounces of water. Please do not use the orange pediatric mixture packet in the regular 8 ounce bottle as it will have too high a concentration of plain water and will burn.
