I have what I think is sinus tinnitus. I had allergy injections for 5 years and it stopped the congestion and tinnitus. It came back after about 10 months. Should I start the injections again? Since it starts in my middle ear - will the nedi pot work or the sinus rinse? What do you suggest?

Since you stopped having the injections you can try nasal irrigation and reassess the need for injections. You should rely on your physician for his or her recommendation thereafter.
