Yesterday I was put on meds for a ear and upper respritory infection - however I have been using the Rise for more than a week due to congestion. My ears havent got worse - should i not use it until my ear infection is completely gone or can i use it with caution? Side effects?

If you have an ear infection you should consult with your doctor who will be able to advise you. Sinus rinsing is generally not recommended when you have an ear infection.
