Yesterday I used the neti pot for the first time. It did the job well and now I can finally breathe with my nose. However since the experience yesterday my nose has been super runny - plus having watery eyes and very itchy nasal on the left side. Did I do something wrong?FYI I used the included solution with 8oz of boiled then cooled water.

The neti pot should have no side effects when used with our NeilMed premixed packets containing only sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. If there was no other possible exposure to allergens around the same time, I recommend that you contact your health care provider to evaluate this problem.
