Yesterday I used Clear Canal for the first time but when I rinsed with the spray - I didnt notice any debris come out of my ears (like you do after a syringing).Should I have seen anything or does this mean that it didnt work?

The ear wax will be softened and mixed with the saline solution, so you may not notice anything. You should determine the effectiveness by whether your symptoms of excess ear wax have been alleviated.
