Why would the liquid come back out the nostril it went into instead of the other nostril? This happened with one of my nostrils. It is the same side of my head that has otitis media. I see that your product says to not use if there is ear fluid but this product was recommended to me by my ENT. I am hoping it is not a sign of a more serious blockage than inflammation and or mucus? What should I do?

Is one side of your nose completely blocked? If so, the rinse can come back out the same side of the nose.
